2. a visit of the Zimmerli Art Museum's French Collections
3. a discussion session of special opportunities for advanced study and
careers in French
4. a lecture on French literature and culture by French Department
Faculty
5. a tour of the The French Resource Center
6. a media presentation at the World Languages Institute...
and a festive, closing reception!

You may all park in lot 8 (at the intersection of College Avenue and Hamilton Street where the sandwich trucks are) and/or lot 16 (behind the Zimmerli Art Museum on George Street), and no permit will be required.

We also want to mention that October 18 is also Homecoming Day at Rutgers (which had not yet been fixed when we chose our date for French at Rutgers day last Spring). This means that traffic is bound to be heavy on Route 18 in the morning and around 3:00 when the game gets out (it begins at noon). We don't think this coincidence should present too much of a problem for us, however. You just would not want to try to come to campus 60 or 90 minutes early, because that is when you would run into heavy traffic for the game.

We look forward to welcoming you and your students, and will all convene at 1:00 in 105 Voorhees at the Zimmerli Art Museum.
